As part of our academic program, Gonzaga in Florence hosts a number of conferences every year. These events bring scholars to our campus to discuss their research with colleagues, our faculty and students, and with members of the Florentine community.
Recently, we hosted a conference commemorating the Flood of 1966 in Florence, paying special attention to the contribution of American students, Gonzaga in Florence students, to the clean-up efforts in the aftermath of the devastation.
