Finding Deeper Meaning and Purpose in Life

Spiritual flourishing involves connection to and grounding in a source of ultimate meaning that brings perspective, interior freedom, balance, purpose, and peace.

Spiritual flourishing and well-being is about finding deeper meaning and purpose in life. It means feeling connected to something greater, whether that's a higher power, nature, or your personal values. This connection helps you stay grounded and balanced, even during tough times. It also brings perspective, helping you see the bigger picture and understand your place in the world. Just like the dedication and spirit seen throughout Gonzaga's campus, Spiritual flourishing and well-being is about discovering what fills your heart with joy and purpose.
