Join the College of Arts & Sciences for the inaugural Distinguished Alumni Speaker, renowned chemist Shirley Johnson, class of '69. Dr. Johnson has had an illustrious career in the nuclear industry, including working as a safeguards inspector at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), where she was a member of the team that received the 2005 Nobel Peace Prize for their work in maintaining nuclear peace worldwide.
