Women's Chorus

The Gonzaga University Women's Chorus is a select, treble ensemble of 50 voices that is rooted in the Jesuit, Catholic, and humanistic traditions. It performs a variety of sacred and secular repertoire from the Medieval to Modern historical periods and from diverse cultures. Choral literature includes unaccompanied works as well asworks with professional chamber orchestra. The singers of the Women's Chorus pride themselves in their community bond and commitment to musical excellence. Major performances include the Fall Family Weekend, Candlelight Christmas Concerts, Compline by Candlelight, official university events and liturgies, and regional tours.

Membership by audition is open to all Gonzaga students, regardless of major or class standing. For audition or upcoming performance information, please contact the conductor, Timothy Westerhaus.
