After an entrepreneur's project has been accepted following an interview, the entrepreneur is offered numerous benefits by working with the NVL. The primary benefit is working with some of the most talented and dedicated students from a variety of dedications from Gonzaga. Each project team is customized to the entrepreneur's needs for work ensuring high quality team composition.
Other benefits include project analysis by local high profile business community members along with potential legal help through Gonzaga's Law School. The New Venture Lab's management and leadership is composed of only Hogan Entrepreneurial Program students. These students have a concentration in entrepreneurship and are some of the most passionate and professional students within Gonzaga's student body.

Protection of Intellectual Property
The Hogan Program and the NVL will not enter into non-disclosure agreements with entrepreneurs. However, a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the NVL policy regarding IP and how the NVL generally protects the entrepreneur's interests is available.
