Dr. Pavel Shlossberg is a co-developer of the global leadership concentration. His intercultural work examines how leaders and communicators might effectively understand and navigate local and global barriers to equity and inclusion, in order to build inclusive teams, institutions, and communities that support human thriving and the achievement of common goals. Professor Shlossberg completed his Ph.D. in the Doctoral Communications program at Columbia University in New York City and is the author of Crafting Identity. Prior to his appointment at Gonzaga, he had been a postdoctoral fellow at the University of New Mexico and a lecturer at the University of Virginia.
