Real-World Media Production

Students in the program gain hands-on experience by producing live shows that stream online and posting video productions to the GUTV YouTube Channel.

In the minor, students take on every role in the broadcasting process, including:

Community-Connected Internships

Through partnerships with Spokane-area television and radio stations, students intern alongside media professionals in fast-paced newsroom environments. These internships provide valuable industry experience and help students develop strong portfolios and build professional networks. Common internships include:
