The Ethics Certificate

The Ethics Certificate aims to help managers develop their capacity to make principle-based ethical decisions in the workplace. Our Business Ethics courses offer a practical framework for getting clear about the "big picture" of business ethics, and specific resources for dealing effectively with the everyday ethical issues they encounter on the job.

In order to earn an Ethics Certificate one must complete four self-paced business ethics courses online.

Ethics Certificate Curriculum

Fundamentals of Business Ethics 2 units
Principle-Based Ethics 1 unit

Two of the following three courses:
Ethics in Human Resources 1 unit
Ethics in Accounting 1 unit
Ethics in Marketing 1 unit
