Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from St. Norbert College and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. She completed her coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute, one of the world's most respected coaching schools, and is also a certified Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner and trained Playing Big Facilitator.

A longtime member of the Gonzaga community, Jill spent more than a decade in Student Affairs leadership, leading teams and departments responsible for student support, leadership development, and crisis response. During her tenure, she developed a deep understanding of how individuals and organizations grow through challenge, change, and uncertainty. Since launching her consulting practice, she has continued to contribute to leadership education by helping develop curriculum for Gonzaga's Certificate in Healthcare Leadership and the Spokane Neighborhood Leadership Council through the Center for Lifelong Learning. She is also the lead instructor for the Leadership Pathway, a leadership-focused program for medical students as part of the University of Washington School of Medicine-Gonzaga University Heath Partnership.

As an educator, coach, and speaker, Jill brings an engaging and practical approach to leadership development. Drawing on research, real-world experience, storytelling, and interactive learning, she helps participants strengthen communication skills, cultivate trust, navigate difficult conversations, and lead with greater confidence and effectiveness. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, resilience, self-trust, change leadership, overcoming imposter syndrome, and creating healthy boundaries that support sustainable success.

Known for her relatable style, thoughtful facilitation, and ability to challenge people while making them feel supported, Jill creates learning experiences that inspire meaningful reflection and practical action.

When she's not coaching, teaching, or speaking, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, coaching youth soccer, gardening, and tending to her flock of backyard chickens.
