How It Works

The GCA is designed to fit seamlessly into your existing schedule:

  • Format: A fully-digital, summer term or semester-long program that runs year-round.
  • Structure: Includes both asynchronous modules (work at your own pace) and Weekly LiveLabs (synchronous sessions for team collaboration and industry interaction).
  • Faculty-Led: While Podium provides the digital platform and related instruction, a Gonzaga faculty member serves as the Instructor of Record, providing academic oversight and grading.
  • Accessibility: The program is open to students at any stage of their college career, making it an ideal way for first- and second-year students to begin career development early.
