  • ORGL510 - Renaissance Leadership for the 21st Century

  • COML513 - Renaissance Rhetoric
    taught by Dr. John Caputo

Both courses are 3 graduate credits and are offered in tandem while in Florence. Most students find it convenient to take both courses and thus earning 6 graduate credits. The majority of the course work is approached as online courses, with the Florence time the "experiential" portion of the longer, more in depth course.

Eligibility: Graduate or Doctoral Students
Housing: 3 star hotel in Florence & Rome
Cost:

*estimated cost of $5366 if one course taken
*estimated cost of $7750 if both Florence courses are taken

     * Final costs to be decided by January 2013

These estimated charges include: graduate tuition, 14 nights hotel accommodations, museum entry fees, several group meals & excursions, group transportation from Rome to Florence and day trip with lunch to Siena. 

These estimated charges do not include airfare, food, personal expenses, or textbooks


Financial aid: Gonzaga and federal financial aid can be applied towards this program
Program Application:

Applications will be considered on a rolling admissions basis but no later than February 15, 2013.  Acceptance in to the program will be on a first-come, first-served basis.  Once the program is filled a Wait List will be offered for those interested.

A typical class day:
9:00 am - 10:15 am Class session
10:15 am - 10:45 am Caffe' discussion
10:45 am - 12:30 pm Class session
12:30 pm - 2:30 pm Free time
2:30 pm - 6:00 pm Afternoon excursions
