 Deadline to submit nomination materials for the new Cohort

Initiate the 360 assessment survey with supervisor, peers, and subordinates

Informal interviews with new participants
October 24th - 25th
 Overnight retreat for participants at Clearwater Lodge, Newport, WA
December Mentor Luncheon and Introduction
December thru January Foster mentor relationship
January thru May Class sessions: one Friday a month, 9am-3pm
June Achievement ceremony
