JD/MBA and JD/MAcc Programs

The Graduate School of Gonzaga University, in conjunction with the School of Law, offers programs leading to the combined Master of Accountancy/Juris Doctor and the Master of Business Administration/Juris Doctor degrees. These programs prepare students for careers in the rapidly changing and increasingly demanding business and legal environments.
The JD is a 90-credit degree and the MBA is a 33-credit degree. Dual degree students can waive a combination of 9 credit hours (for a total of 114 credits), but cannot waive more than 6 credits from either program. The MAcc program is a 30-credit program. Dual degree students can waive a combination of 9 credits (for a total of 111 credits) but cannot waive more than 6 credits from either program.
Students must apply and be accepted to both the School of Business and the School of Law separately. Average completion time is 3-4 years.
