The English Department is proud to announce the Michael and Gail Gurian Writing Awards, recognizing excellence in poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction. $250 in prize money awarded in each genre.
The contest is open to all enrolled Gonzaga undergraduates, and students may enter once per genre. All entries will also be considered for publication in Reflection, Gonzaga’s literary and arts journal.

Submit your work on Zagtivities. Please read the 2023 news article on the English Department home page of Zagtivities and follow all submission directions.
The submission portal is open through Friday, February 3, at 5:00pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.
