The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Gonzaga University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Chemistry position beginning in fall of 2015. Teaching responsibilities include general chemistry and biochemistry (classes and laboratories), as well as advanced courses in the candidate's area of expertise. The Department is looking for highly motivated candidates who will complement or expand our current biochemistry program. We are especially interested in applications from underrepresented minorities. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in biochemistry, or a related discipline; evidence of potential for excellence in undergraduate teaching and research; and excellent communication skills.
