In the classroom, I emphasize development of a learning community that fosters a deep understanding of physiological concepts. Interactive learning methods, critical thinking, and connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world applications in healthcare and research are strategies utilized to optimize the learning process. My research interests are focused on investigating the molecular mechanisms responsible for adaptation to various physiological challenges.
