Participants will be automatically refunded if a trip, training, or event is cancelled by Gonzaga Outdoors.

Send cancellation request with trip information and student ID number to outdoors@zagmail.gonzaga.edu. Business days are qualified as: Monday-Thursday operation hours (9am - 5pm), Friday (9am - 3pm). Request must be submitted 30 minutes prior to the end of operation hours for the day. If a cancellation request is sent after operation hours on a business day, the request will be counted as submitted on the next business day. Trip Cancellation Example: If you register for a day trip occurring on Saturday, the 9th to receive a 50% refund you would need to cancel at the latest 30 minutes prior to end of operation hours on Friday, the 1st. To receive a complete refund, you would need to find a replacement participant and submit their information at the latest 30 minutes prior to end of operation hours on Wednesday, the 7th.
