The Servant-Leader Concentration provides unparalleled learning opportunities to affirm, develop and express your natural inclination to serve-first.

The optional concentration is designed to provide you an advanced comprehensive understanding of the philosophy of servant leadership and giving you the tools to practice servant leadership in your organization.

Grounded in the writings of Robert Greenleaf and subsequent research, this concentration offers the most advanced graduate study of Servant Leadership available at any University.

The successful completion of the Servant Leader Concentration will be recognized on the degree transcript of the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
