Dr. Rachelle Strawther is the Founder and Executive Director of Gonzaga University’s Center for Lifelong Learning and a leadership educator, facilitator, and keynote speaker with more than 25 years of experience working across the nonprofit, corporate, education, and community sectors. Her work focuses on making leadership practical and immediately useful, with expertise in courageous communication, change management, emotional intelligence, design thinking, leadership development, and building trust across differences.

Kerri Danowski, MBA, PMP, is Assistant Director of Gonzaga University’s Center for Lifelong Learning, with a career spanning higher education, arts and culture, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. Her experience includes strategic program development, marketing and communications, operations, audience engagement, and project management, with a focus on using data, collaboration, and thoughtful strategy to help organizations and programs grow.

Carrie Morrison, M.Ed., is the Recruitment & Business Development Specialist for Gonzaga University’s Center for Lifelong Learning, bringing nearly a decade of experience in higher education, outreach and engagement, program management, and partnership development. Her career has focused on expanding access to education and creating connections among learners, schools, communities, and organizations, including work advancing K–12 computer science and artificial intelligence education across the U.S.

Audrey Minton, MBA

Audrey Minton is a Senior Operations Specialist at Gonzaga University. Driven by her educational journey as a running start, community college, and returning adult student, Audrey is a dedicated lifelong-learning advocate with over twelve years of experience in higher education admission and operations. She holds an MBA from Gonzaga University and is active in Washington’s transfer ecosystem through recent board service for the Intercollege Relations Commission and representation at the Joint Transfer Council.
Alexandra Cassano
Enrollment Operations

Alexandra is an Enrollment Operations Specialist at Gonzaga University. After earning her BA from Gonzaga in 2013, she worked in international higher education and labor organizing before joining Gonzaga’s Enrollment Management team. Motivated by her background as a first-generation college student and a descendent of the Sinixt band of the Colville Confederated Tribes, Alexandra is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students of all backgrounds. Alexandra is currently pursuing her Master's of Science in Business Analytics at Gonzaga and hopes to complete her studies in Fall 2027.
