About This Event

Join Gonzaga University's Woodley Institute for Civil Engagement and Humanistic Dialogue's inaugural lecture featuring Tom Woodley ('69) and a panel discussion about the rights and responsibilities of free speech and how they shape campus life today. Grounded in Gonzaga's Ignatian tradition, the panel of scholars Erica Goldberg from the Law School and Karen Petruska from the Communication Studies Department will explore how to disagree productively, seek truth together and build communities in which people feel heard.
