About This Event
Conference Mission
To educate and empower women, by creating an inclusive, empowering space for Spanish-speaking women in Central Washington; to grow as leaders through education, connection, and inspiration—fostering confidence, community, and capacity for impact.
Target Population
Spanish-speaking women in Central and Eastern Washington, particularly those in underserved and rural communities, including women in agriculture, small businesses, and in the service industry who seek leadership development, professional growth, and personal empowerment.
*Note: Though this conference is designed to educate and empower women, the mission of Women Lead, all genders are welcome at this conference.
Conference Objectives
- Leadership Development: Equip participants with practical tools and inspiration to lead confidently in their families, workplaces, and communities.
- Empowerment & Identity: Affirm the value of participants’ lived experiences, languages, and cultural heritage as strengths in leadership.
- Community Connection: Foster a safe space for connection and vulnerability and promote networking with leaders across sectors and regions.
- Access to Education: Connect participants with educational resources, mentorship, and pathways for continued growth.
