Dr. Jeffrey Iliff, a UW School of Medicine neuroscientist with a background in vascular physiology, is coming to Spokane to share groundbreaking research demonstrating why getting enough sleep is key for brain wellness, and what you can do to help ensure you’re getting enough sleep for your brain to function at its best.
