About This Event
Concert Choir joins forces with bluegrass band and an Argentinian folk ensemble for our festive Spring masterworks. They perform one of the first masses in Spanish after the Second Vatican Council, “Misa Criolla,” which is based on Argentinian, Peruvian, and Bolivian folkloric dances and songs. “The World Beloved: A Bluegrass Mass” features poetry of Marisha Chamberlain, sung with fiddle, banjo, mandolin, guitar, and bass. We will also send Gonzaga’s seniors off with a special song by the artist, Sleeping at Last.
This concert is Free: Donations Welcome
