About This Event

The Shape of Things Canceled
Due to concerns related to COVID-19, all remaining Theatre & Dance performances have been canceled

The Shape of Things by Neil Labute, directed by Erin Sellers, asks us how for we would go for love, for art, and for passion. A modern romantic comedy with its roots in the biblical myth of Adam and Eve, The Shape of Things shows us a semester in the lives of four deeply connected individuals as naive college student Adam is pulled into a relationship with charismatic and seductive art major Evelyn. As their relationship heats up, the engagement of Adam’s friends Jenny and Phillip begins to crumble and their lives are forever changed. This show gives us a stark look into the consequences of human desire.

Rated R- for crude language, sexual content and near nudity.
