We all are faced with uncomfortable situations in which we know we need to say something, but we don’t know what to say or how to say it. This is especially true during COVID-19, when we all are being asked to practice new behaviors to protect ourselves and each other, but not everyone wants to practice those behaviors. As a part of a Jesuit institution, all of us at Gonzaga have a responsibility to engage in dialogue and practice Presupposition in these situations. But what does this mean and how do we do it effectively?Join this webinar to learn skills to engage in dialogue using Presupposition and a simple feedback model. This session is for everyone—staff, faculty and students—and will include speakers that represent each of these perspectives.
