Meeting Location and Details
Conference Dates: The conference will informally begin on Thursday July 31st with an evening gathering with food and beverages. The main meeting will extend to two full days running 8:30 am-5 pm on Friday and Saturday August 1 & 2. Sunday will be a travel day.
Hotel: The Ruby River Hotel (700 N. Division St, Spokane, WA 99202) has rooms blocked off at a reduced rate. The hotel is within walking distance of all conference activities and is adjacent to downtown Spokane.
Airport: Spokane is serviced by one airport: Spokane International (GEG). Flights into or out of Spokane may be limited due to it being a regional airport, plan travel accordingly. Taxis, Uber, Spokane Transit (STA) are available for transportation to and from the hotel. The hotel does not have a shuttle service.
Call for Abstracts and Meeting Sessions: All participants are invited to deliver a five-minute talk about one of their teaching innovations and/or pedagogical research. The talks will help to form the basis of ensuring group discussions. Details on abstract information and meeting sessions are below.
