Gonzaga Outdoor Rental Agreement
The Undersigned, as lease, herby rents from Gonzaga Outdoors, as lesser, the rental gear in your shopping basket.
Equipment is hereby leased for no more that the amount of day contracted; and , if lessee retains said property after expiration of contact, such retention shall be construed as a continuance of this lease, at the same renal, and under the same terms, until the equipment is returned to the Lessor.
Lessee agrees to keep the property in the same condition as when received. Lessee acknowledges that he/she has been instructed in and fully understands the safe operation of the leased equipment and agrees to observe all safety precautions. Lessee arises to pay Lessor, on return of the leased equipment for all charges incidental to breakage, misuse, shortages, loss or damages to the leased equipment during the terms of the lease, ordinary wear excepted. Failure to do so will result in a hold on he/she student account.
Lessee agrees to keep the leased equipment in his/ her custody and not to sublease or rent same.
Lessee acknowledged that the leased equipment is of a size, design, capacity, and manufacture selected by lessee. Lessor is not a manufacture of this equipment or a deal in similar equipment and has not made and does not make any representations, warranty, or covenant, express or implied, with respect to the condition, quality, durability, or suitability or leased equipment.
Any and all claims that might arise on behalf of the lessee or other person while engaged in the usage of the Lessor rental equipment and any and all claims that might be made by any third person as a result of any act or failure to act on the part of the lessee shall e the lessee’s sole obligation, and the lessee release and agrees to indemnify the Lessor and hold it harmless form and against any liability for injury or death pr person or damage to property because of any act or failure to act on the part of the lessee, howsoever caused and whether or not due to negligence of the Lessor, its employees or agents, and including strict liability in tort that may be imposed by the Lessor
The lessee constitutes the full agreement between the Lessor and less. Time is of the essences of this agreement. The receipt of the leased equipment in good order and repair is herby acknowledge by the Lessees. By checking the box bellow you agree to the above terms.
