Biography Publications

I have been an adjunct clinical instructor for Gonzaga's nursing program since 2021 and have 21 years of experience as a Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) nurse.  I earned my BSN from Washington State University and my MSN from Gonzaga.

I approach every learning encounter with the belief that students want to improve and are actively working toward becoming the nurses they aspire to be. This mindset shapes the way I teach, support, and challenge students, and it guides me in creating an environment where students feel safe to learn, make mistakes, and grow with confidence.

As a nurse lecturer in Gonzaga University’s BSN program, my approach will continue to be relational and student-centered, cultivating not only clinical competence but also compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to service.
