CastleBranch Compliance

As an NP Clinical Faculty, you must be compliant with all CastleBranch requirements prior to conducting clinical site visits.

Thank you for your commitment to completing the compliance requirements and ensuring a safe working environment for students, clinical sites, and patients.

Create a CastleBranch account. Your PIN number is your GU ID number.
Follow the instructions to upload your health records to your individual CastleBranch site, order your background check, and arrange for a 10-panel drug screen.
Submit a copy of your BLS CPR card to Certified Profile. Faculty members are responsible for keeping their CPR cards current throughout the program. This must be an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) healthcare provider level course OR a Military Training Network (MTN) Provider that includes infants, children, adults, and A.E.D.
Complete sign and upload the Consent to Release Information form.
Obtain and upload verification of an unencumbered Washington state RN and ARNP license, per the WAC
Obtain and upload verification of an unencumbered RN license and APRN license in any state in which you are assigned to make clinical site visits.
Upload copies of your official medical records or healthcare provider documentation of results for the below immunization requirements to Castlebranch.
