CEA Accredited

Gonzaga's English Language Center (ESL program) received accreditation by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA) in 2001. We were honored to be the second program in the United States to receive 10-year reaccreditation by CEA in 2006. Gonzaga's English Language Center is committed to upholding CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions.

On the first day of class, you will complete several placement tests that will help determine your level of English. Following the tests, you will meet with your advisor (one of the ESL instructors) to discuss the results. You will then be assigned your ESL level and a class schedule for the session.
