Mindy Ratcliffe Named SEAS Outstanding Colleague
We are proud to recognize Mindy Ratcliffe, Dean’s Office Program Assistant III, as the School of Engineering & Applied Science (SEAS) Outstanding Colleague for September.
Mindy exemplifies the very best of what it means to be an outstanding colleague. Her exceptional organization, professionalism, and willingness to help make her an invaluable member of the SEAS team. Whether coordinating events, fostering student engagement, connecting colleagues with the right campus resources, or managing the many details involved in student employment, she approaches every task with enthusiasm, competence, and care. Her positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement have strengthened our school’s operations and created more effective processes that benefit faculty, staff, and students alike.
Beyond her impressive administrative skills, Mindy has made a meaningful impact on our workplace culture. She brings optimism to work each day, responds to challenges with patience and grace, and consistently looks for ways to support others. Her proactive and collaborative approach makes even complex tasks feel manageable, while her kindness and respect for students, faculty, and staff contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment. Her growing commitment to Gonzaga’s Mission is reflected in the care she brings to her work and her interactions with others.
Mindy also brings a sense of joy and personality to SEAS. From her signature yellow ducks and Minions to the enthusiasm she brings to school activities, she helps make our community a more positive and engaging place. Her contributions extend far beyond the responsibilities of her position, and SEAS is stronger because of them.
Please join us in congratulating Mindy on this well-deserved recognition as our September SEAS Outstanding Colleague.
