About This Event

Overview
Join us for a unique leadership workshop to improve executive function skills and learn how they affect team collaboration and organizational performance. Using workplace experiences, participants will practice spotting common challenges and explore practical strategies to make projects more manageable.

Executive function skills are the “how” behind getting work done- initiating, planning, prioritizing, organizing, staying focused, managing time, and following through. When these skills are supported with simple systems and shared language, individuals will feel less overwhelmed and teams can more easily succeed together.

What you’ll learn
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Explain what neurodiversity and executive function skills are
  • Recognize executive function challenges in real work situations
  • Use practical strategies and systems to improve individual and team performance

Key takeaways

  • Executive function skills are professional performance tools, not accommodations.
  • Organization, planning, and focus are trainable leadership skills.
  • Time management isn’t about discipline- it’s about design.
  • When we normalize executive function strategies, everyone performs better.

Who should attend

This workshop is designed for anyone who wants clearer workflows and better follow-through, including:

  • Individuals who want practical systems to stay organized and reduce stress
  • People leaders who want to positively impact team performance
  • Teams experiencing missed handoffs, unclear ownership, or miscommunication
