This year’s featured speaker is Steve Gund, CEO of The Gund Company, a third-generation, family-owned business specializing in composite thermoplastic and elastomeric materials.
Steve will share his personal journey into Truly Human Leadership and what it actually looks like in practice. Drawing from his faith-driven approach to ethics and leadership, Steve will explore how THL moves beyond theory and comes to life in everyday workplace interactions. Steve will offer a practical look at how leaders can consistently show up for their people in meaningful, human ways.
