Healthy Conflict in the Workplace

Join us for the School of Leadership Studies summer leadership training event. Our focus is healthy conflict in the workplace and will begin with a panel discussion with conflict resolution experts:

Dick Mandeville, PhD, an expert in de-escalation and conflict resolution who focuses on helping individuals communicate effectively, bravely navigate conflict, and grow together to drive positive change.
Kristin Plouffe, MA, a leadership educator, consultant, and coach who helps individuals uncover their unique strengths, improve their emotional intelligence, and build meaningful relationships. 
Jer Swigert, PhD, a world-renowned conflict mediator and team building expert who believes that leadership begins with service and centers on a common mission while creating space for others to be valued across lines of difference.  

The learning continues as we practice your skills in an interactive workshop. You'll be challenged to learn new ways of communicating clearly in conflict while maintaining healthy relationships.
