Is there a Lost & Found at the RFC?

Yes. Any items that are found within the RFC are logged on Gonzaga's Lost and Found website. Campus Security picks up these items weekly from the RFC for long-term storage.

I forgot my Gonzaga ID Card. Can I still access the facilities?

Yes. We allow three free passes per semester as long as you have a current membership to the RFC.

Can I bring guests?

Yes. Guest passes are available for an $10/day plus tax (must be present with GU member).

Who is eligible for a membership?

The following classifications within the Gonzaga Community are eligible for membership:

Student (undergraduate, graduate, law, med and part-time)
Faculty/staff (full-time and part-time)
Spouse/dependents of GU Community members

Can Alumni have a membership?

The Rudolf Fitness Center is primarily for Gonzaga students, faculty, staff, employees and their families. With an average of 6,000 users per week and maximization of the facility and its equipment, there are no outside memberships available to Alumni.

Which methods of payment are accepted at the RFC?

Debit or credit cards are accepted at the RFC.

Can I pay for my RFC summer membership online?

Yes, instructions are listed below:

  • Login to Zagweb
  • Click on the "Student" tab
  • Click on the "Electronic Billing, Payment, Deposits, and eRefund" box
  • Click on the blue link titles "Enter Cashnet" at the bottom
  • Click on the "Summer Fitness Center - Student Access" tab on the right
  • Click on the black box titled "Make Payment"

Do you provide towels?

No, we do not provide towels at the RFC.

 

What is the difference between non-credit and credit fitness classes?

The EDPE department runs credit classes. Students can earn academic credit by registering on Zagweb. Non-credit classes are held by the RFC and taught by certified student instructors.

How much are non-credit fitness classes?

An unlimited membership can be purchased for $25 (plus tax) per semester. A one-time drop-in fee is $10 (plus tax). More information can be found, here.

How do I sign up and pay?

Sign-ups and payments are done through www.imleagues.com.

How many classes can I take per week?

If you have an unlimited membership, you may take any class, at any time throughout the week. A drop-in fee is only for one 50-minute, 1-hour, or 45-minute class.

Is my membership refundable?

Once classes have begun, memberships are no longer refundable.

Will I be notified if I am added from the wait list?

No. IMLeagues is unable to inform you via e-mail. You can confirm your spot three hours before the class begins by checking the class roster on IMLeagues.

If I am added from the wait list, but can no longer make it, will I be subjected to the "No Show/Drop" rule?

No. Please email us as soon as you are aware you will no longer be able to attend your class.

Where do I pay the membership fee or a $10 drop-in fee?

All payments are done on IMLeagues. Please sign up & pay on IMLeagues (also available on the IMLeagues app). If you need help, please call or visit the RFC front desk.

 

How do I sign up and pay?

Sign-ups and payments are done through www.imleagues.com. You will need to create an account using your Gonzaga email.

An email will be sent to confirm your account (it may be in your junk mail).

What sports do you offer?

Currently, we offer over 30 different sports for the Gonzaga community to participate in. A complete list of sports can be found under Sports & Events or on IM Leagues.

How much does it cost to participate?

A full-year membership can be purchased for $25 (plus tax) for all sports. One semester is $15 (plus tax) for sports during the designated semester. Payments Process: (1) Log into your IM Leagues account, (2) Go to your HOME page, (3) Click on MY PAYMENTS, (4) Click on MY PAY PACKAGES, and then (5) Select which Intramural pass you would like to purchase. 

Are Intramurals popular?

Yes, 60% of our students participate in intramurals during the year. It’s a great way to meet new people and get active.

 

Who can sign up for your private lessons?

We welcome all Gonzaga community members including students, staff, faculty and their immediate family (children, spouses, and grandchildren).

Do you offer lessons for advanced swimmers?

Yes, lessons are offered to swimmers of all experience levels.We offer lessons ranging from "learn to swim" to "stroke technique".

Are there any flexible lessons available?

If you are a current student or faculty/staff member, we have added the ability to schedule lessons that fit your needs dependent on instructor availability. A session (5 lessons) would be scheduled directly with your instructor.

What are the cost of lessons?

$20 per week for one lesson a week. We offer up to 10 weeks of lessons with a minimum of 5 weeks, per semester.

Can I sign up more than one child?

Yes,you would register each child, separately, for individual sessions.

Can both of my children have their lesson at the same time?

Depending on the time of the lesson, we usually have up to 3 instructors available. If there is more than one instructor available for your time preference, then both children may have their lesson at the same time.

What is the minimum age for lessons?

We recommend our swimmers to be at least 2 years of age but it is ultimately up to the parents.

Are there make-up lessons if we miss one week?

No, there are no make-ups for missed lessons. However, adult flexible lessons, you may reschedule up to 1 of the 5 lessons if it is more than 24 hours before the date/time of the scheduled lesson.

Can I bring my other children to play basketball during the lesson?

No, all children must remain with a parent at all times.

How do I register and pay?
