Staffed by second and third-year law students from Gonzaga University School of Law, the Clinic provides business-related legal advice tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals - from choosing the right entity for your startup to ensuring your business complies with the latest state and federal regulations.
At the Business Innovation Clinic, we believe that everybody should have access to quality legal services regardless of their budget. As such, our services are free – however, clients are required to pay for related expenses, such as filing and application fees.
