Center for Professional Development & Externships

The Gonzaga University School of Law Center for Professional Development (CPD) is a resource that develops stronger careers by fostering connections between Gonzaga University students, alumni, and employers.

For Students:

The Center for Professional Development helps students in identifying and applying for school year, summer, and post-graduate positions

Career counselors provide resume and cover letter review, mock interviews, and job networking opportunities for students.

Students may also utilize the CPD to find listings for internships that may fulfill the experiential learning requirement. Internship opportunities are listed on the Gonzaga Legal Applicant Window ZagLAW.

Services of the CPD are available to students as early as November of their 1L year.

For Alumni:

The Center for Professional Development provides employment services to any alumni of Gonzaga University School of Law. These services include career services, networking services, and professional development opportunities.

Continuing Legal Education classes are also available at Gonzaga Law.

For Employers:

The Center for Professional Development offers a range of programs and services designed to help you find quality employees.
