Solo practice incubator

Solo Practice Incubator

This innovative model seeks to partner a seasoned attorney with a recent law school graduate to help him/her build a solo practice with a particular emphasis on practicing Elder Law in Spokane.

The GU Law Solo Practice Incubator is offered through University Legal Assistance in partnership with Aging and Long-Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW). This 12-month Solo Practice Incubator project is designed to (1) mentor and support a new attorney to establish a solo practice firm, and (2) increase the availability of legal assistance in Spokane, particularly to elders.

This program is open to Gonzaga Law alumni only. The deadline for both mentor and mentee applications is Friday, October 11.

Benefits for new attorney:

- A monthly $1000 stipend

- One-on-one mentorship
- Ongoing training and networking

Benefits for mentor attorney:
