If you do not have an undergraduate degree in accounting or business, you may have to take an additional prerequisite coursework to ensure you have the background for success in the M.Acc.

*Degree must be completed in 5 years.

If you would like to taylor your program towards specific personal or professional goal, you may request a course substitution from the Director.

Substitutions are typically made using courses in the Master of Science in Taxation (MS.Tax), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) programs.

 

Prerequisites

Faculty may waive prerequisite requirements based on work experience.

You do not need to take these prerequisites prior to being admitted, however, some courses may be restricted until a prerequisite is met.

You will work with your academic advisor on the best way to take these courses while pursuing the M.Acc.
