Dr. Deborah Hedderly has over 30 years of leadership experience in the mortgage industry and is the founder and president of her own mortgage banking firm. She has consulted and worked with small business owners and sales managers teaching business development, strategic management and life planning.
Dr. Hedderly recently published her first book, "Grace and Peace: The Healing Power of Faith" and has been published in multiple journals including: the DeVry University Journal of Scholarly Research. Her current research topics include measuring the effectiveness of leadership coaching in a church and why Christian’s need mindfulness.
