BA Computer Science & Computational Thinking

The Bachelor of Arts program combines math and computer science with a Discipline for Computational Thinking (DCT) in one area of the arts, humanities, social sciences or natural sciences. You choose which area you want to apply your practical computing skills to, as you gain a solid understanding of how the computational thinking process can solve complex problems.

The world needs professionals to develop and manage increasingly complex computing systems. Our graduates are prepared for job opportunities in fast-growing fields such as software engineering, system support, web design, technical support and database administration. The degree is also highly desired in the fields of psychology, biology and even philosophy.

In the Computer Science and Computational Thinking Program at Gonzaga University, you don’t just learn how to work with computers, you learn how to solve problems.
