Assessment Accountability and Strategic Practices

  • Implementation of the University’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategic plan which serves as a mechanism for our university community to assess where we are and commit to what we will do in the future to ensure an inclusive path forward at GU.
  • Supporting colleges, schools, and divisions in the development of unit diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategic plans for their areas.
  • Providing guidance on how to gather, analyze, and utilize data to improve campus climate and outcomes.
  • Developing and enacting goals and objectives for the Office of Inclusive Excellence in alignment with university goals and strategy.
  • Communicating to the campus community progress made by the university in meeting the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging goals.
  • Supporting commissions, councils, and committees that work to enhance inclusive excellence on campus.
  • Develop and report on metrics to ensure accountability.
