Move-in and Check-in Process
Sunday, August 23, 2020 from 9am-12pm in the John J. Hemmingson Center
All students who have been confirmed and paid their cost for their Pre-Orientation program.
Students will pick up their ZAGCARD during check-in on August 23, 2020 from 9am-12pm.
Students will pick up their room key during check-in on August 23, 2020 between 9am-12pm. Students will then have a little bit of time to bring their belongings to their residence hall room but may not have a whole lot of time to set their room up. Most of the Pre-Orientation programs begin activities and programming at 12pm.
Students will have the opportunity to set up their room when they return on Thursday, August 27, 2020. Parents/Family members can help their student move their belongings into the room at this time and you will not have to worry about all of the other 1250 first year students who will be moving in on Friday, August 28.
