Community Well-being Days

Gonzaga’s Office of Health Promotion is pleased to present the first Community Well-being Days, taking place December 1-3, 2021.

In our efforts to bring more students and employees back to campus this fall to foster community and connection as the covid-19 pandemic continues, Gonzaga also recognizes that this has presented some challenges and adjustments that have impacted people’s mental health and overall well-being. The purpose of this three-day long event is to bring together the entire Gonzaga community (students, faculty, and staff) to focus on individual and community well-being through sessions facilitated by their peers. Sessions will range from group discussions, movement programs, mindfulness and creative activities, to knowledge-based presentations and workshops. Pamplona ballroom will also be converted into a relaxation station for the duration of the event. So drop in for the hot cocoa bar, raffle prizes, recipe swap, therapy dogs, and more!
