Program Overview
Zag Study Buddies is a small group mentoring and tutoring program that places teams of Gonzaga students with elementary school youth. The program focuses on relationship building, homework comprehension, and academic concept practice. ZSB mentors attend programming twice weekly during the afterschool hours 2:45-4:15 and participate in field trips at Gonzaga once a semester. Transportation to Zag Study Buddies is provided by CCE.
Zag Study Buddies is a semester-long commitment for GU students. We encourage mentors to consider committing to the program for longer than one semester, but this is not a requirement.
