REPORTING TO THE UNIVERSITY

All reports are encouraged in order to Stop the behavior, Prevent it's re-occurrence and retaliation, Address the behavior(s) through our student and employee disciplinary systems and remedy the effects.

Please use to the form below to REPORT an alleged violation of Gonzaga's Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy, or Sexual Harassment as defined by Gonzaga's Harassment and Discrimination Policy. Once a report is received, it will be reviewed by the Title IX Coordinator or Authorized University Official.

For every report to the University, the Title IX Coordinator will reach out to the person(s) affected to explore options for support, discuss the FORMAL COMPLAINT and grievance process, and alternative resolution options. Examples of behaviors that constitute a violation of University Policy include, but are not limited to, sexual assault, sexual harassment, unwanted sex-based communication, stalking, dating and domestic violence, sexual exploitation, quid pro quo, and sex or gender discrimination based on a person's sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
