The program begins with the completion a Checkpoint 360 and Profile XT survey involving feedback from your supervisor, subordinates, and peers, which will identify your strengths and growth areas. In mid-January, you will complete an Emotional Intelligence profile that indicates your relationship strategies in difficult scenarios.
In late October, the cohort is brought together to Ross Point Conference Center for an interactive overnight retreat led by Dr. Joe Albert, ELP co-founder.
An Experienced Mentor
You will be matched with a respected and trusted executive whose career has included high performance expectations. You will be provided with guidance in order to maximize the interaction with your mentor.
