John is an associate attorney at Foster Pepper PLLC. His practice focuses primarily on litigation of complex commercial disputes, employment discrimination claims, and intellectual property matters.
John also volunteers to represent clients before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals through the court’s renowned Pro Bono Program. Prior to joining Foster Pepper PLLC, John clerked for U.S. District Judge Thomas O. Rice of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
While in law school at Gonzaga, John interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington and externed at Division III of the Washington Court of Appeals.
John has served as the co-coach of Gonzaga’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition (NAAC) Team since 2013.
