Biographical Information

Christopher Varallo is a Shareholder with the firm of Witherspoon Kelley where he practices in the areas of banking, creditors’ rights, general business, real estate and intellectual property. Christopher joined Witherspoon Kelley immediately upon graduation from Gonzaga University School of Law. Christopher is licensed to practice in Washington, Idaho and Oregon.

Christopher received his J.D. from Gonzaga University in 1999 (cum laude). While at Gonzaga, Christopher was Editor-in-Chief of the Gonzaga Law Review, a member of Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society and a Law Clerk for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. He received his B.A. from Colorado State University in 1995.

From 2004-2007 Christopher was an Adjunct Faculty Member at North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where he taught Legal Environment of Business.
