How To Apply and the Application Process

You may apply to the Thomas More Social Justice Scholarship Program under either our Early Action or our Regular Decision program.

• Early Action candidates must apply by January 1. Applicants will receive priority consideration and will receive notification by late January.
• Regular Decision candidates must apply by March 1. Applicants will receive notification by late March.

Applicants admitted under the Early Action program will be asked to submit a nonrefundable $500 deposit by March 1 to secure their position as a Thomas More Social Justice scholar. Early Action decisions are an attractive option if the Thomas More Social Justice Scholarship Program is your first choice.

Applicants admitted under our Regular Decision program must submit their $500 deposit by April 15. If we offer you a spot by either Early Action of Regular Decision and you make the $500 deposit, you are expected to enroll at Gonzaga.

All applicants for the Thomas More Social Justice Program must complete the application for admission to Gonzaga Law School. In addition, applicants for the Thomas More Social Justice Scholarship program must submit:

• A supplemental essay of a maximum of 400 words addressing how you would contribute to the mission of the program. The essay should address your demonstrated commitment to social justice, your potential and promise to be a leader, and your contribution to the diversity of the profession.

Finalists for the Thomas More Social Justice Scholarship Program will be asked to participate in an interview before a decision on your application is made.
